Streep in discussions for role in comedy

Meryl Streep is in negotiations to star in 'Great Hope Springs'.

The 61-year-old actress is currently in discussions alongside Jeff Bridges to star in the movie, which tells the tale of a couple who have been married for 30 years and decide to go on an intense relationship counselling weekend to decide whether or not to keep their vows to each other or go their separate ways.
