Nintendo unveils 3D games console

Nintendo has unveiled the world’s first 3D handheld games console – the 3DS – at a press conference in Los Angeles.

Unlike the latest 3D televisions and cinema screens, the 3D effect on Nintendo’s device can be viewed without the need to wear special 3D glasses.
