The 'Two and a Half Men' actor - who will appear in court in Aspen, Colorado, on June 7 to answer charges of felony menacing, misdemeanour third-degree assault and misdemeanour criminal mischief relating to a row he had with wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day – has agreed a plea bargain deal that will likely see him sentenced to 30 days in prison, but legal officials claim he may also be eligible for work release.
