A California judge ordered troubled Lindsay Lohan to wear an alcohol-monitoring tag and refused to ease restrictions involving drink and drug testing so the actress could make a film in Texas.

Lohan, 23, sported an ugly, alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet that came with tough restrictions on her probation that could cut into her career plans.
