The 'Bridget Jones' Diary' actress – who has been dating the actor since the beginning of last year – reportedly surprised him on the set of his new movie 'Dark Fields' by bringing his beloved golden retriever Charlotte to visit, only for the pooch to begin vomiting everywhere.
