Arrest warrant issued for Lohan
A Beverly Hills judge has issued an arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan after she failed to show up for a probation hearing over a 2007 drunken driving case.
Judge Marsha Revel had ordered the 23 year-old actress to make a personal appearance in her court after reports that she had missed some alcohol education classes imposed in the 2007 case.
Lohan's lawyer told the court the actress was stranded in France because her passport had been lost or stolen during a trip to the Cannes film festival.
The judge said Lohan had to take the matter seriously. She also ordered Lohan to undergo random drug testing once a week on her return.
