A lawyer for Lindsay Lohan said the actress will miss a mandatory court appearance today because she is stuck in France.

A lawyer for Lindsay Lohan said the actress will miss a mandatory court appearance today because she is stuck in France.

Attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told ABC7 that Lohan’s passport was stolen while she was at the Cannes Film Festival. She said Lohan has an appointment today at the American embassy to replace it.
