Lohan 'misunderstood', says director

Lindsay Lohan's new director claims the actress is no wild child.

The 23-year-old star – who was recently hired by director Robert Rodriguez for a role in 'Machete', a film which follows the struggles of an illegal immigrant – claims the star is simply misunderstood and deserves a chance to prove herself in the film world.
