'Two and a Half Men' over if Charlie quits: Co-star

Charlie Sheen's 'Two and a Half Men' co-star Jennifer Taylor fears the show will be over if he quits.

The actress - who plays the actor's love interest Christine in the US comedy series - is desperate for the 44-year-old actor to return to the show following a stint in rehab and a pending court case into the assault of his wife, Brooke Mueller, because there would be no programme without him.

She told E! Online: "If we don't have Charlie, we don't have a show. I'm just hoping we're going to have a show."

CBS and Warner Bros are due to make an official announcement about the show over the next few days, but Jessica has no idea what the outcome will be.

She said: "I think it's a toss-up. I think Charlie would be at peace if he walked away, but I hope he won't."

Charlie is due back in court on July 21, where he will go on trial for felony menacing, misdemeanour third degree assault and misdemeanour criminal mischief after allegedly attacking his spouse - who he has 13-month-old twins Max and Bob with - on Christmas Day.

Despite this, Jessica has praised her co-star's professionalism.

She added: "He was wonderful. He was always professional. He was always kind. All that stuff you hear in the press is not the Charlie I know."
