Report: Kensit splits from husband

The 42-year-old actress Patsy Kensit is said to be “devastated” at the end of her year-long union with DJ Jeremy Healy – her fourth spouse – after he shunned her pleas to seek professional help in solving their problems.

A source told the Daily Mail newspaper: “She is heartbroken. She is devastated that Jeremy does not even want to put any work into the marriage.

“He won't even speak to her any more and she has not seen him for weeks. He went away in February to work at Paris Fashion Week and she has not seen him since.

“She has been through so much and had so many plans for her and Jeremy. She can't believe it is over. She did not want to call time on the marriage but she knows she has to.”

The 42-year-old star – who was previously married to rockers Dan Donovan, Jim Kerr and Liam Gallagher – announced last month she was quitting her role as ward sister Faye Byrne in ‘Holby City’, supposedly for the sake of her marriage.

She said at the time: “I have had a fantastic time playing Faye but I felt it was the right time to move on. I will really miss the cast and crew, but not the long hours. It has been lots of fun but very hard work. Although it can be a tough schedule at Elstree Studios, I will be very sorry to say goodbye to the fantastic team there."

Her spokesperson confirmed she was “experiencing difficulties” and “trying to work things out” with her husband.
