Elton stage collapses at Mexico ruins

Part of the stage for a weekend concert by Elton John at Mexico’s famed Chichen Itza ruins collapsed as it was being built, injuring three workers, authorities said today.

Two of the workers were treated for minor injuries and released, and the third was in hospital with a broken leg.
