Actor Malkovich in Madoff claim legal drama

Actor John Malkovich’s lawyers have complained to a New York judge overseeing the bankruptcy of jailed financier Bernard Madoff that he will get only $670,000 dollars of his $2.2m claim.

The lawyers filed papers yesterday in US Bankruptcy Court saying the actor should be entitled to the full amount and that the trustee handling the estate who determined that Malkovich was entitled to the smaller amount was wrong.
