Faris to reprise Hawn as Private Benjamin

Anna Faris is to star in a remake of 'Private Benjamin'.

The 33-year-old actress is to take over the role of Judy Benjamin, originally played by Goldie Hawn, in the reimagining of the classic 1980 comedy, which follows a spoilt woman who joins the US army following the death of her husband on their wedding night.
