Hopper 'too ill' to fight divorce

Dennis Hopper is too ill to fight his divorce.

The 73-year-old actor - who was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in October 2009 - is currently divorcing his fifth wife Victoria Duffy, and court papers filed by his lawyer Joe Mannis from his doctor claim he is unlikely to make a recovery.
