Winehouse plans to tie the knot with ex-hubby

Amy Winehouse is planning to re-marry Blake Fielder-Civil in Las Vegas.

The couple wed in a surprise ceremony in Miami in 2007, but Blake was arrested in November of the same year for grievous bodily harm following an attack on a pub landlord.
