Alley extolls virtues of organic weight-loss plan
Kirstie Alley has lost 20lbs on her new organic weight-loss plan.
The former 'Cheers' star - whose weight has fluctuated over the years - launched Organic Liaison earlier this year and claims it has helped with her "two biggest hurdles in weight loss and maintenance - cravings and too big of an appetite".
Organic Liaison is America's first USDA-approved organic weight-loss plan which specifically targets those two problem areas.
Kirstie says she wanted to create a weight-loss system that does not include "meals that I can keep in my closet".
She added on the firm's official website: "Also one that would actually improve mine and my kids health along with shrinking my awesomely ample bottom."
According to a company press release, Organic Liaison offers clients all-natural supplements that curb cravings and a sleep aide which helps reduce the urge to snack on carbohydrates and also alleviates muscle pains.
Kirstie, 59, recently revealed she planned to put slim pictures of herself on her fridge in a bid to lose weight.
She wrote on her twitter page: "My trainer told me to stick pics of myself the way I like to look on my fridge and in my car... I am looking for those today. Good idea! (sic)"
