Gym-hating Mirren wants 'full-on' cosmetic surgery

Helen Mirren often thinks about going under the knife and insists she would have had cosmtic procedures done “years ago” if she wasn’t in the public eye.

The 64-year-old actress said: “I’d think about it even more if I was in a different profession. If I wasn’t on camera I would have had it done years ago.
