Jackson death case to be filed
A case in Michael Jackson’s death will be filed in the US courts on Monday but no details will be released until then, a spokeswoman for Los Angeles County prosecutors said today.
Spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons released the statement before what was planned to be an appearance by Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray, at an airport-area courthouse.
The statement did not say what type of case will be filed or who will be charged.
Murray’s lawyers expect the cardiologist to be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Murray gave Jackson a powerful anaesthetic and sedatives before his June 25 death.
