Actress sued over refusal to pay apartment rent

Actress Mischa Barton is refusing to pay rent on her $7,000-a-month (€4,948) apartment in New York City, her landlord said.

MRA Realties said in a lawsuit that Barton had rebuffed efforts to collect the last three months’ worth of rent on her flat in the trendy Tribeca neighbourhood.
