Cowell: I'm on TV too much

Simon Cowell has admitted he is “on TV too much”.

The British star, who is quitting his job on American Idol to bring 'The X Factor' to the US, made the admission during a chat with Idol host Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show.

“I think you got to know when it’s time to go, you know about over-exposure, Ryan – I’m on TV too much,” he said.

“I genuinely thought people would be sick and tired of me.”

Simon would not reveal if former American Idol judge Paula Abdul will be joining him on 'The X Factor', saying: “You’ll have to wait and see.”
