Cat Deeley thinks her body is a “well-oiled machine”.

The British TV presenter eats healthily and drinks lots of water to keep her figure looking at its best and running properly.

She said: “I try to be careful. I think of my body as a well-oiled machine. If you put good stuff in, you get good stuff out – like good skin and sparkly eyes. I try to drink lots of water, and I’m really lucky because I love fruit and veg.

“I mean, sometimes there’s nothing nicer than half a lager and lime, and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps, but if I ate that all the time, I’d feel like c**p.”

Although she is happy with her body, 33-year-old Cat has admitted she might opt for cosmetic surgery – but only when she’s older.

She explained: “So far I’ve been lucky. I’ve got quite nice skin and I’m, ageing well – touch wood!

"Ask me in 30 years, and I may say something totally different. What if in 30 years everyone’s doing it and I look like some old bag? And what if my nice smile has fallen and I’m slightly balding with varicose veins?”
