Graham: Dancing On Ice 'a kind of therapy'

Boyzone's Mikey Graham says training for 'Dancing On Ice' has been a kind of therapy following the death of bandmate Stephen Gately.

But he says the grief still "creeps up on him to stab him in the heart".

Meanwhile, Paul McCartney's ex Heather Mills says she is taking part in the ice-skating contest to show her daughter she is not "a disabled mum that can't do anything".

Mills has a prosthetic leg.
