Home gym for Kym

Kym Marsh has splashed out £30,000 (€33,000) on a gym for her home.

The 'Coronation Street' actress - who plays barmaid Michelle Connor in the ITV soap - has installed the state-of-the-art fitness centre at her £1m (€1.1m) Manchester home, because she was finding it difficult to get to her local gym.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Kym is in great shape at the moment but she wants to keep things that way. She was finding it difficult to find the time to go the gym because of her busy work schedule so she decided to bring the gym to her instead.

"Now that Christmas and New Year are out of the way, she's going to try to find at least an hour every day to have a little workout."

The gym boasts a running machine, cross trainer, rowing machine, exercise bike and a series of weight machines.

Mother-of-two Kym and boyfriend Jamie Lomas became engaged on Christmas Day after the former 'Hollyoaks' star popped the question, and Kym wants to look her best for when they tie the knot.
