Saldana a sexy alien

Zoe Saldana thinks she is a "very sexy" alien.

The 31-year-old American actress who stars as Neytiri, a blue alien in 3-D animated blockbuster ‘Avatar’- the first film from director James Cameron in 12 years – said she thought the filmmaker made her look a lot hotter than she was in real life.

She said: "I thought Jim did a really good job of putting Neytiri together. I thanked him for making her look hot. I mean, Neytiri is very sexy and lean with a really cute bod. I'm in pretty good shape, but I don't look that buff."

Despite looking like a sexy alien, Zoe said she struggled to kiss her love interest in the movie, Sam Worthington.

She said: "We were doing performance capture for the computers, so Sam and I had on these helmets with a boom and a camera at the end of it and we would get tangled up before our lips could touch.

"Jim would yell, 'Cut. The actors are stuck again. Can't you guys be more careful?' We were like, 'Damn it. It's not that easy.'

"It was a riot and it was silly. Sometimes we'd just start laughing. The entire time we were all blushing."
