Murs set to sign with Cowell

Olly Murs is set to land a record deal with Simon Cowell – despite not winning ‘The X Factor’.

The 25-year-old singer impressed the show boss – who was also his mentor on the TV talent show - so much, he is keen to give him a recording contract even though he Geordie singer Joe McElderry won the show.
