Swiss court approves $4.5m Polanski bail
A Swiss court has approved Roman Polanski's bail offer of $4.5m.
The legendary film director, who's wanted in the US for having sex with an under-age girl in 1977, will be kept under house arrest at his Swiss chalet as part of the arrangement.
But the Swiss Justice Ministry said it will keep Polanski in jail until it decides whether to appeal his release from custody.
