Brad Pitt is turning videogame ‘Dark Void’ into a movie.

The Hollywood actor and his film company Plan B are working on adapting the upcoming computer game – about a group of humans trying to eradicate an enemy alien force – for the big screen.

The highly-anticipated game follows cargo pilot William Agustus Grey as he is teleported into another universe after crash-landing his plane in the Bermuda Triangle.

On his journey through space, the pilot – who is expected to be played by Pitt if the movie goes ahead – comes across a group of humans who join forces and battle to stop an alien race known as The Watchers make their way to Earth.

The videogame – created by Capcom – is due for release in January, but bosses at Pitt’s company are so certain it will be a success they are already looking working on movie ideas.

Plan B have also teamed up with Indian company Reliance BIG Entertainment, who will help fund the project.
