Kay to star in Children in Need single

Comedian Peter Kay was today unveiled as the star of this year’s Children in Need single, with a video which promises to be an “historic feat” featuring almost 100 famous faces from the UK and America.

But the song – along with the identities of its well-known contributors – is being kept tightly under wraps until it is aired during the 30th edition of the charity appeal on November 20.
