'The Goods: Live Hard Sell Hard' a decent timewaster

Would you buy a used car from this group of super-slick salespersons?

If your dealership is in trouble you call in Don Ready (Piven) and his fast-living crew of odd-balls to turn things around, which is what one heading-nowhere business does.

With three days to gets things moving the gang have their work cut out … and a lot of boozing, wise-cracking and romancing to get in as well.

It’s a comedy that delivers a lot of silly, foul-mouthed fun but one that could have been so much better had it followed up on many of the openings.

Not a bad film to pass the time at.
