Thousands of Boyzone fans have begun gathering in Dublin's north inner city for the funeral of Stephen Gately this afternoon.

Westlife singer Bryan McFadden and former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern are among those who have already arrived at St Laurence O'Toole church ahead of the midday funeral mass.
