Cheryl's brother faces arrest after missing court hearing

Cheryl Cole’s elder brother is facing arrest after he failed to turn up for a court hearing.

Andrew Tweedy, (aged 29), was due at Newcastle Crown Court yesterday for allegedly breaching the terms of the suspended prison sentence he was given for squirting pepper spray in a stranger’s face.
