'Adventureland' not just another teen romance

This neatly-constructed teen romance keeps you interested in what happens to the central characters, James (Eisenberg) and Emily (Stewart) who meet when he has to take a summer job at a run-down amusement park.

While we get the usual teen romance elements there is enough maturity about the script and the performances to elevate the story beyond being merely another of its kind.
