Sophie crowned Big Brother winner

Sophie Reade was crowned the winner of Big Brother 10 tonight after being the only girl to make tonight’s live final.

The glamour model, who was the bookies’ favourite, looked shocked when her name was read out by the show’s host Davina McCall.
