McFadden silent on Katona cocaine reports

Brian McFadden has not commented on reports that he is consulting lawyers over the care of his two children with Kerry Katona.

Katona is facing allegations that she is using cocaine after The News Of The World published photographs and video footage of the 28-year-old mother allegedly showing her snorting the class A drug in her home in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

McFadden's spokeswoman was not available to comment.

The Daily Mail’s website quoted a source saying of the former Westlife singer: “He is talking to his fiancée Delta Goodrem and is also consulting his lawyers to see what arrangement they can come to about his kids.”

Katona’s children were not in the room when the alleged drug use happened.

The former couple divorced in 2006.

Last year in an interview with the News of the World, McFadden said: “She is an embarrassment to me, my family and my children.”
