The Electric Picnic Festival has introduced three ways for festivalgoers to get fit this September with Bootcamp Ireland, Jane Shortall’s Cardio Dance Tribute to the King of Pop Michael Jackson and Outdoor Yoga.

Jane Shortall’s Cardio Dance Tribute to the King of Pop - Michael Jackson will help picnickers to learn funky style MTV dance moves.

The cardio tribute will have up to 100 people in each class at all levels.

Jane Shortall trained in the USA and teaches street style dance classes in Dublin.

She has worked with many stars in the music industry and choreographed numerous TV commercials and live show.

Picnikers can enjoy the calming effects of yoga under the leafy trees of the Body and Soul area with Outdooryoga.ie.

Professional yoga teachers will be on hand to help you unwind, relax and relieve muscular aches.

Classes will cater for all levels whether you are an experience yogi or a complete beginner.
