Rimes and husband split

LeAnn Rimes has split from her dancer husband Dean Sheremet amid rumours of a romance between the 26-year-old singer-actress and her co-star on TV movie 'Northern Lights' Eddie Cibrian.

It has been claimed the couple decided to part ways because their lives were going in different directions.

A source said: “They were so young when they got married, she was 19, he was 21. Maybe they just grew up and they weren't in the same place anymore. I don't think that's unusual considering how young they were when they got married, and the business they're in.”

Another insider explained: “LeAnn and Dean have been separated for quite some time now, but they're continuing to try and work through their relationship.”

Rumours Rimes and Cibrian were having an affair began circulating in March, after the pair were allegedly caught on security camera kissing and holding hands. Cibrian has denied the affair, but it has emerged that his wife has left him.
