Sutherland charges dropped

Kiefer Sutherland’s legal troubles for allegedly head-butting a fashion designer are over.

The Manhattan district attorney’s spokeswoman said assault charges against the star of the TV show '24' were being dropped because the alleged victim would not co-operate with prosecutors.
