Price to move to LA

Katie Price is to move to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.

The 31-year-old former glamour model is in negotiation with several US talent agencies, and planning to relocate to Hollywood as soon as possible.

An insider told Britain’s The Sun newspaper: "We are working on a deal that would really launch Katie properly in the States.

“She really wants to act and there should be no problem in making this happen. Let's face it - the Americans do seem to have a passion for big-breasted models with a love of plastic surgery."

Two major companies are reportedly interested in singing Katie, Creative Artists Agency, who represent Nicole Kidman, Tom Hanks and Hugh Grant, and William Morris, who look after Russell Crowe and Denzel Washington.

Price – also known as Jordan - hated an earlier three month stint in the US with now-estranged husband Peter Andre earlier this year - where they were filmed for their ITV reality show ‘Katie and Peter: Stateside’ - constantly complaining she was "bored".

But her new plans could see her living just streets from Andre, who is also planning to move to Los Angeles for good when their divorce is finalised.

Both are presently being followed by separated camera crews for their own reality TV shows.

Andre is said to be overjoyed by Price's decision as he would be closer to their children Junior, four, Princess Tiaamii, two, and Price's son Harvey, seven.
