Ritchie wants estate to go greener

British film director and pop star Madonna’s ex-husband Guy Ritchie has submitted plans to turn his country estate into a more eco-friendly home.

Mr Ritchie, director of films such as 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' and 'Revolver', has submitted plans to Wiltshire Council to make 18th Century Ashcombe House, near Salisbury, “more self sufficient”.
