Pargeter was teen tearaway

Lucy Pargeter – who plays Chastity Dingle in ‘Emmerdale’ – admits she wasn’t the best behaved of youngsters and regularly found herself in trouble.

She said: “I wasn’t the best behaved! I was always keen to be in the limelight – I went out clubbing when I was 12.”

The brunette beauty admits she still enjoys the occasional wild night out, with her favourite tipple being champagne.

She added: “I can drink champagne from morning until night.

Champagne’s the only drink that doesn’t make me sick or give me a hangover.”

The 31-year-old star also admitted she proposed to fiancé Rudi Coleano – with who she has a three-year-old daughter Lola – drunkenly after they had been dating just two weeks.

She explained: “Quite a lot of alcohol was involved and I got down on one knee, but I was serious. I’ve always acted on impulse.”

Unlike other celebrities, Pargeter does not want a lavish wedding when she and Coleano finally tie the knot.

She said: “Getting married in flip-flops and a white bikini would be perfect.”
