Killers to record on the road

The Killers are preparing to begin work on a covers project, and drummer Ronnie Vanucci says they intend to set down tracks in between live shows.

He said: "We're probably going to cut most of it out on the road. I brought my mobile recording rig, so we just set up backstage with some extra gear - a drum set, a couple of practice amps and we mic everything up. It sounds excellent."
