Jolie set for sequel

Angelina Jolie is set to star in 'Wanted 2', it has been announced.

Work is currently underway on the sequel, and despite seeing her character killed off in the first movie, director Timur Bekmabetov hopes to bring her back in the new film.

He said: "In July, we will start preparation for the film. I think in the late autumn or winter shooting will begin. The shooting will take place in America, India and Russia."

Timur did not mention if Angelina's co-star James McAvoy would return but did say he wants Konstantin Khabensky - who has previously starred in the director's movies 'Night Watch' and 'Day Watch' - to bring his Exterminator character back from the dead.

He added: "As for the character played by Kostya Khabenskiy, we'll think about it. We might possibly resurrect him as well."
