Katie Price is “over” Peter Andre and is “moving on” with her life.

The ex-glamour model revealed she wants to make a fresh start after the breakdown of her three-and-a-half year marriage to the ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer, at her son Junior’s fourth birthday party yesterday.

She reportedly told one partygoer: “I’m so over Pete. This has been all about moving on with my life. The party was all about me, my friends and the kids, nothing else. Upsetting got in the way.

“It’s a chance for me to let my hair down after a very sad few weeks. It’s been the perfect medicine.”

Katie, 31, and Peter – who also raise daughter Princess Tiaamii, who will be two on June 29, and seven-year-old Harvey, Katie’s son from a previous relationship – announced their split in May.

Peter initially walked out on Katie after she was pictured drunkenly flirting with other men.

Their marriage breakdown has been bitter with accusations of unacceptable behaviour from both sides, and a court battle for custody of their children expected.

However, it has been claimed Katie will not try to cut Peter out of their lives.

A friend told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: She understands the vital importance of their children seeing their daddy on a regular basis and being very much part of their lives.

“This applies to Harvey too as Pete is amazing with him.”

While Katie partied at the weekend, Peter, 36, was in Macau, China, where he reportedly signed a £1m deal to appear in an Indian Bollywood film.

It has also been rumoured the pair - who previously starred in a reality TV show together – will be followed by separate camera crews and record their own shows for network ITV.
