Wood confirms West romance

Actress Evan Rachel Wood has stopped playing coy about her rumoured romance with 'E.R.' star Shane West and finally confirmed they are an item.

The 21-year-old Wrestler star helped West celebrate his 31st birthday in Los Angeles last weekend but still refused to confirm or deny reports they were romantically involved, despite being spotted on the actor's arm on numerous occasions.
