Azaria's a first-time dad

Hank Azaria is celebrating after becoming a father for the first time.

The funnyman's girlfriend, Katie Wright, gave birth to the couple's son Hal last week.

The tot was premature but "healthy and strong", according to Azaria's spokesman Stan Rosenfeld.

Azaria, who stars in 'Night at the Museum 2', announced the pregnancy in February.

He revealed he had been speaking to his unborn son, using the vocal skills he honed as a voiceover actor on 'The Simpsons': "We pump a lot of Beatles music into the womb. I get inspired to talk to him like John Lennon occasionally. He seems to like it, he gets very kicky when I talk this way."
