Doherty arrested in drink-drive and drugs probe

Singer Pete Doherty was last night arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and drug possession – half an hour after playing a gig, police in the UK said.

The 30-year-old Babyshambles and ex-Libertines singer was stopped last night in Gloucester after officers spotted a car “being driven erratically”.
