BB hopefuls tackle tasks to win housemate status

The self-humiliation has already started in the Big Brother house, with the 16 hopefuls competing to become fully fledged housemates.

Contestants have already shaved off their eyebrows, walked across broken glass and apparently changed their names by deed poll – to Dogface and Halfwit.
