GaGa: I'd die if I wasn't famous

Fame is so important to pop sensation Lady GaGa, she "would die" if it was taken away from her.

GaGa has found huge global fame with hits 'Just Dance' and 'Poker Face', just months after making the transition from New York club performer to international pop star.

But she insists she was destined to be a star, and wouldn't exist without celebrity.

GaGa told Fox News: "I was told for a very long time that I was not pretty enough, too strange, not edgy enough. But I've always been famous, it's just that nobody knew."
