Cruz battling Cannes food poisoning

Oscar winner Penelope Cruz is battling a bout of food poisoning in the south of France after arriving at the Cannes Film Festival to promote her new movies 'Nine' and 'Broken Embraces'.

The Spanish star was forced to cancel a promotional event on Monday because she was feeling unwell, and now she's fighting to get fit so she can attend the premiere of 'Broken Embraces' - her latest collaboration with director Pedro Almodovar - on Tuesday.
