Stay away from my latest film, jokes Hanks

Tom Hanks has advised people to stay away from his new film 'Angels And Demons' if they think they may be offended by it.

Tom reprises his role of Da Vinci Code symbologist Robert Langdon in the movie, which sees him investigate murder at the Vatican.

The subject matter has been criticised by some prominent Catholics.

“If anyone feels that the film is going to be offensive to them, don’t see it,” the actor told Parade.com.

“I’m here to say do not see the film. Stay away, please, please. I beg of you.”
